MineCam – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting MineCam. Every MineCam housing is made with care, and we stand behind our workmanship.
Damaged Orders
If your MineCam arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged housing
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Once verified, we will handle the shipping claim and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. You do not need to contact the shipping carrier.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every customer to love their MineCam.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to make things right through one of the following solutions:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.
Return Requirements
If a return is authorized:
- The item must be returned in its original condition whenever possible.
- Customers must follow the return instructions provided by MineCam.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-Returnable Situations
MineCam cannot provide refunds or replacements for:
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage from outdoor exposure beyond normal weathering
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications made by the customer
- Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout
Camera Compatibility
MineCam housings are designed to fit standard Ring camera models. Please verify your camera model before ordering. Returns due to camera incompatibility with non-supported models may be subject to return shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MineCam is not responsible for theft occurring after delivery.
If you believe a package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
